FAQ

Purchase: 

In order to purchase an artwork, please provide the services through this website, or contact me if you wish to purchase via invoice. 
All payments has to be submitted, before the artwork is ‘sold’. No reservation is possible.

If you wish to order a commission, please note that a 50% deposit is required upon the request. The remaining balance is paid when the artwork is finished, and before it is shipped off.  

   Shipping:

Worldwide shipping is available for all orders. You can also collect your purchase to avoid shipping costs. Please choose your pick up point, during check out. I will then get in contact with you through email for further information. 

Delivery charge or customs fee, tax and duties are not included in the price of the artwork. Please reach out through email or the contact form, to receive a quote for estimated delivery time and costs.

please allow 7-14 days, for all original canvas artworks, to be shipped. Note that insurance for parcels is only added upon request, for any deliveries outside Denmark. 

Returns:

All sales are final. Wiwi Schroeder is not responsible for any orders lost within transit.
